I purchased these on Saturday and am currently wearing the pale blue (second from the left). I am in love with the colour!! I am currently wearing it and it have taken top spot from the Rimmel Posh Trash I usually wear. It is a nice, clean colour that matches pretty much all my clothes.

Today I had lunch with my friend who has just come back from Europe, she gave me this beautiful little purse. I love the its pattern, it makes me feel bohemian!

Girls night with Magic Mike!

Beauty by Elloise

My beauty regime isn't overly complicated, I focus on value for money rather than a perceived expensive brand quality.

My hair routine is very simple, I recently started using Redwin's Tea Tree Shampoo. I started using this product because of its natural qualities, I have had so many issues with my hair, it can be very oily and greasy if I don't wash it everyday is gets disgusting!!! This shampoo is aimed at restoring the original pH of hair which apparently fluctuates with your ever changing use of shampoos and conditions. Anyway, I have been using this product for a week now and it is BRILLIANT! I would suggest it 100%. The Tea Tree Oil qualities within the shampoo softens your hair without the use of a conditioner, it repairs and protects whilst removing build up left by other shampoo products. Not only is it great the price tag will increase that smile even more with it being $4.50 (from Priceline) for 250mL .... bargain! That's my hair routine, when I said simple I meant it.

My daily skin routine is also simple. I use the brand Garnier for all my skin cleansing needs. Twice a day I use the PureAcitve Pimple Reducing Toner and to Moisturise I use PureA 24hr Daily Moisturiser. I find this works quite well for me, is reduces blemishes and also heals any scars that have been built up over time.

Now for make up, once again its very simple. I don't like overly complicated and tedious routines because it always ends up with me not doing it. I wear make up everyday, anyone who has seen me without make up should feel very privileged ... or disadvantaged that they have witnessed it! I use L'Oreal Paris "the foundation True Match Super Blendable". I apply it using a foundation brush, I am not a massive fan of foundation brushes because you have to constantly clean them and they can sometimes leave a streaky look on your face, but I can't find another way of applying make up. I hate using my fingers/hands because pretty much I am lazy and then they get all gross and dirty and you have to go and wash them.

For mascara I use Rimmel's glam eyes Day 2 Night, I can't say that I love this mascara, there is nothing in particular wrong with it but I just still think that there is something better out there, maybe I have high expectations, I'm not sure! I have never really found one that I overly like so I am still searching!

Now to remove this lovely thing called make up I use my handy brand Garnier again. It's called Garnier Skin Naturals Clean Sensitive 2 in 1 Gentle Make up Remover. I don't like wipes because they are over priced and don't last nearly as long as a liquid remover that is usually half the price. The one thing I do find about this remover is that is it very oily! If you have oily skin don't use it! It isn't going to help the situation one little bit .... I am very cautious with it and always monitoring its affect but in terms of its make up removing abilities I would recommend it highly!

There are a few little extras in there that I like to use .... I always have paw paw cream on hand because it can legit be used for anything to do with the human body! Well maybe that's a bit of an over reaction but it is a solid product for every bathroom. I am also a lipgloss/lipbalm kind of girl and would go anywhere without either!

So this is my beauty regime summed up! I am a simple girl at heart and don't like overpriced complex routines that make me think when I've just rolled out of bed. I hope you are enjoying my blog and there is lots where that came from!

Ramblers Alert!

Hello to who ever is currently reading! Thank you for visiting, this first post is more of a get to know me so you can gain more of an insight into what I will be blogging about. I like to think that I am an innovator in terms of fashion, if things become too boring I shake them up a bit. The other day I decided that painting the same colour on all of my nails was a tad over done so I decided that I would paint one hand a gold colour and the other in black, I thought I was pretty cool until one of the women of the older population informed me that sometimes going to traditional just makes sense, then she said and I quote "That look reminds me of the homeless person in the city I always walk by". Thank you to that wonderful lady who pointed out my slight craziness but unfortunately I ignored you .... I am crazy and nothing but traditional!  I love being original and so non-traditional ..... the best word to describe me is wacky! Everything about me is me and I'm proud!

This is my current nail situation. My favourite colour is Rimmel's Posh Trash, the name I'm not so sure of but it is a gold colour, very simple and matches everything! Today at work I decided that I was sick of it but couldn't actually be bothered to paint my nails again so I painted two nails two different colours. I used OPI's grey sparkle crackle as a solid colour (it actually works!) and another OPI colour which is a mix between a red and pink. This is my current look, I wonder what the next old lady will say?

My favourite colour is pink, I have had hesitations in the past over my favourite colour but I have finally confirmed it! My room is painted pink, my credit card it pink, my bag is pink.

I had so much hesitation over buying this pink Mimco bag, I always go by the phrase when shopping "If you don't love it now you never will". Well this statement wasn't really applicable within this situation as I had so much hesitation and just decided to do it, it had a massive once off discount on it and was so cheap for what I was buying and I haven't looked back! I wear my pink bag with pretty much everything, I believe it matches every colour except red and pink itself! I am a tiny bit OCD and love everything to be matching! The bag has to match the outfit, the wallet has to match the bag, the nails have to match, the socks have to match .... everything just needs to work together!

Until recently I worked at a florist for over 3 years, over those years I learnt pretty much everything I could know about flowers and I love creating arrangements! I go to the florist and buy three or four bunches of flowers and then go home and have a heap of fun putting them into all different bunches! I don't believe you have to spend a fortune to create a nice bunch! Flowers are now a little hobby of mine although I will NEVER become a florist! I have so much respect to all the florists out there, they work so hard (especially the ones who own their own businesses) and usually just get customers with too much attitude ... well that's my experience anyway. Below are some bunches that I have made.

I am a bit of an over spender! Last week I bought these earrings from a local business in Lane Cove, the shop is called Zjoosh (https://www.facebook.com/pages/Zjoosh/137893509598751) and is a fantastic little store with reasonably priced accessories! I love it which of course means that I spend a lot.

This week I have quite a busy roster but I think I might do an outfit post later on or my most used make up. I plan on posting about four times a week depending on my working schedule. I have been reading 50 Shades of Grey by E L James .... it is a real page turner! I will defiantly be reading the second and third books of the series.

Have a great week/weekend and I hope you enjoyed the first post!
